We do reserve the right to ship via other methods if it is more cost effective.

All items are handmade when ordered. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for small orders and 6 to 8 weeks for wholesale or large orders. You can email us at orders@primitivesfromabove.com at any time to check the status of your order.

If any item is out of stock or will be delayed, we will notify you via email right away.

Because all items are handmade to order Primitives From Above does not offer refunds on active or cancelled orders.

Receiving Broken Merchandise

All of our merchandise is inspected for damage prior to shipping. If you receive merchandise that is broken, please be aware that we do not replace any broken or damaged merchandise that occurred during transit. Please report all damaged merchandise to your local post office if shipped by USPS mail or UPS claims department at 1-800-742-5877, and they will process your claim for any damaged merchandise. Items shipped via Priority mail are not insured, so it is to your advantage to have your merchandise insured prior to shipment. Also, please contact UPS in the case that you’re tracking number is showing that your package has been delivered, but you did not receive it. UPS may have miss-delivered the package, and it is their responsibility to locate the merchandise's whereabouts.
